Excellent die, excellent value.

The following review will be the same for all the differing colors of ChesseX Polyhedral 7-Die Translucent Dice Set.

ChesseX offers eleven (11) different colors of 7-die Polyhedral sets, one of the best selections of gamer dice offered and excellent for each player to have their own distinctive set. I prefer the green, but have a blue set as well. But with so many choices it is easy to pick your favorite or an easy compromise.

I prefer the translucent to solid color die mainly because there is something bout the slightly luminous background of the translucent plastic that sets off the black numbers better, making them easier to read and providing a more pleasant gaming experience.

Accuracy on random number generation is important. I got my undergraduate statistics students to test the ChesseX die with 1,000 throws, and the quality report came back: EXCELLENT. These are die that throw random numbers from their possibility set.

The slightly rounded edges make for clean throws and firm resting stops, although the inherent composition of the plastic makes them bounce pretty easily off a Formica table. These die work better on cloth surfaces.

These dice are great. I love the fact that the six-sided has numbers instead of pips, making it easier to read when rolled in combination with the others.

The only thing of note is that the four-sided die is much more transparent than the others. It's basically clear while the others are the smoke color described.

These dice are great to have and very easy to read. they have held up well after many game sesions

I bought these beliving they would be well balanced and good quality. While they certainly arnt terrible, many have large air bubbles in there casting, which causesss divets in some of the corners and can interfear with rolls in my case atleast. Number paintings also had smears.. If you want them perfect and pretty, consider finding a place to buy dice in person where you can inspect them first.

I know that law of averages states that eventually I'll get a string of natural 1s, but so far these have rolled better for me than any other set I have. They may not be pretty, but they get the job done :3

This is a nice set of dice. The color is great and they're easy to read. This set will give you pretty much any shape and number of sides you could want. Great for classroom games or creating your own!

I was sad because its not a real dark, its more grey. And the white paint its not really well worked.

I learned to do math faster with these dice when I use them to deal damage for World of War Craft Card Game and Star Wars Old Republic D & D. You need to figure it out fast to be effective.

They're dice, not a lot one can say except that, these are good quality dice.
They have a nice solid feel, and the numbers are nice and clear (easy to see).

These are some pretty standard but nice dice. 10 years ago dice were made a little differently and came in different quantities. However, for a basic set, these definitely work well.
