Good stuff. "Baptism" by Robb Cadigan stands out as a thoughtful look into trying to find one's way home. A collection of relatable stories. I look forward to more from these talented writers.

Chester County Fiction is a wonderful collection of great short stories. The stories are varied, some set in the past, some in the present. Some contain action, others are more reflective. All of the writers are from Chester County Pennsylvania, a beautiful area with small towns and countryside, just outside Philadelphia. There is history ("An Incident Near Paoli"), humor, and tragedy. "Baptism" stood out among the offerings as a story of a journey and redemption.

Although set in one place in Pennsylvania, the stories are ultimately about more than just location. Their themes are universal and anyone who enjoys good fiction should pick up Chester County Fiction no matter where he or she lives.

I really enjoyed the stories in Chester County Fiction- especially the following:

Baptism - Robb Cadigan
Real Gentlemen - Jim Breslin
An Incident at Paoli - Peter Cunniffe
The Ocean's Breath - Terry Heyman
The River Runs Red - Michael Dolan

Particularly wished Robb Cadigan's story, Baptism, was a novel. Would like to see more from these
writers. I hope there is a Chester County Fiction Two or novels by these writers. I think they show real promise.
