Good stuff. "Baptism" by Robb Cadigan stands out as a thoughtful look into trying to find one's way home. A collection of relatable stories. I look forward to more from these talented writers.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful variety of well-crafted stories October 28, 2011
By JP
Format:Paperback
Chester County Fiction is a wonderful collection of great short stories. The stories are varied, some set in the past, some in the present. Some contain action, others are more reflective. All of the writers are from Chester County Pennsylvania, a beautiful area with small towns and countryside, just outside Philadelphia. There is history ("An Incident Near Paoli"), humor, and tragedy. "Baptism" stood out among the offerings as a story of a journey and redemption.

Although set in one place in Pennsylvania, the stories are ultimately about more than just location. Their themes are universal and anyone who enjoys good fiction should pick up Chester County Fiction no matter where he or she lives.
