Blue Chevre is an imported goat's milk cheese from Holland. As if the goat's milk didn't impart enough spicy flavors into the cheese by itself, the paste is rippled with tangy blue veins that you can almost smell before you bite into it. rger. Chevre also does a great job standing alone as part of a cheese platter; accompany it with nuts and crackers. If you are looking for a wine pairing, many different wines will fit the bill. A fruity red wine or a nutty aged wine wou ld both do the trick as well. If you are feeling adventurous, try it with a dessert wine like Muscat.
