Incredible CD-ROM with everything you could posibly want to know about the 1950 to 1969 Chevys. Hundreds of high-res photos. It even has TV commercials and sound effects. The screen saver is worth the price alone! I also have other titles from this author which I also love!

There are a lot of pictures on this disk, and some interesting ads. However, the picture quality is not what I would consider "hi-res" and many, if not most, of them seem to be snapshots taken at car shows. The "brochures" are just the front and back covers of the brochures--not the complete high-resolution scans I would have hoped for.

In addition, it appears that no effort was made at completeness. For instance, I would have expected to see EVERY model illustrated for EACH model year the package encompasses. Instead, what we have here is a "hit or miss" collection of photos.

What I would like to see is something much more complete. How about studio photos from Chevrolet showing the cars as they were designed and as they appeared when first built, instead of cars that have been sitting around for 50+ years and restored? How about photos from each model year, showing front, back, side, interior views, and closeup details? How about COMPLETE brochures...high resolution ads...a COMPLETE gallery of emblems and insignia?

The ultimate for me would be a color, high-resolution scan of each year's dealer album--the features album used in the dealerships which actually outlines and illustrates all the details of each model.

In short, this CD appears to have been done "on the cheap" and is a disappointment...even at $19.95.

Problem is that my computer will not recognize this format on the CD. It was delivered as advertised.
