A rib-tickling story of a new puppy who eats everything in sight. Louie is an adorable little pup who keeps his tail wagging and his teeth munching on everything in the house...as well as parts of the house. Children and adults will delight in this story of Chewy Louie and how the problem of his "chewing" is eventually resolved.

"Chewy Louie" is one of the best children's stories I've ever read. Not only did it keep my attention, I found myself laughing as I read the book. When the young boy gets a puppy, he soon finds out what puppies can do-chew. And chew, chew, chew, Louie does. He chews everything in sight, including furniture, cars, and visitors. You and your child will laugh out loud at the hilarious pictures! This book is just the thing when you're looking for a good laugh.

Fun, fun, fun! I have read this book about 1,000 times - to my 18-month old son. He loves it, I love it, his dad loves it! The illustrations are bright, colorful and engaging. The story is intriguing - you just can't wait to see what Louie is going to chew next. And the ending is a kick. I'm here buying another copy to give as a gift (my 3rd!!).

This is a wonderful read aloud book that I bought for my grandson for Christmas. I am a retired school teacher, so I am always looking for good children's books for my grandchildren. I read this book aloud to my grandson's kindergarten class and they laughed so hard. They enjoyed it so much. I plan to buy a copy to put in their school library. The pictures are fantastic!

Chewy louie is a cool book. It's about a kid who has a puppy that loves to chew on things. This puppy is louie, he loves to eat everything in sight. Louie eats everything that is sight, even the house, The boy's mom is starting to get mad and louie and they try to train him and do all sorts of things to get him to stop eating everything but nothing seems to work. Louie turns in to a dog and is nolonger a puppy so he doesn't like ot chew on things anymore, which makes the obby's mom and dad really happy. I liked this book becuase it was so funny and almost unrealalist. I would recommend this book to anyone.

Chewy Louie is one of the greatest pieces of literature I have ever read. It had a great story line and it kept the audience on the seat of their chairs while reading it. Chewy Louie is a must have book for people of all ages.

If you have ever had a puppy this book is right on the mark. My daughters and I laughed out loud at parts in this story. It is truly adorable. It would be a great book to give to the owners of a new puppy as it helps you laugh about their gnawing on absolutely everything and also helps kids realize that it doesn't last forever.

I had read this book at the library where I work and thought that my 3 year old granddaughter would enjoy hearing the story as much as I enjoyed reading the book. I was right! My daughter says that she has to read the book to her every evening before bed. We all have dogs - Chewy Louie has lived with us too!

Chewy Louie, written by Howie Schneider, was a very humorous story for children of all ages to read. The story was about a dog who chewed everything that came in his path. It has a great storyline and the pictures were great. I recommend this book to any small children out there.

I enjoyed reading the book Chewy Louie for a class assignment. I was surprised that a childrens book would be so humorous. The book was about a puppy that chewed everything he came across. I liked the funny touches hidden in the pictures. I would recommend the book to anyone who wants to read a funny childrens story.
