A friend recommended this book to me when I told her I was looking for recipes that were not only quick and easy, but also good enough to serve to company. She hit the nail on the head with this one! There are a surprisingly large number of great recipes in this book, and the personal notes, which are informative and very helpful, add a homey touch. The recipes really are easy, and they really are fabulous! Thank you, Bernice!

My roommate and I use this book all the time in our dorm kitchen. The Easiest Possible Brownies only last five minutes in our room once everyone in our hallway hears that we've made them. We also love to make the guacamole and the quesadillas. For students away from home craving delicious home-cooked food like my roommate and myself, these recipes truly are easy and fabulous.

This fabulous cookbook, written by a very hip and modern grandma, has become my essential tool for entertaining and feeding my family. Filled with easy but very impressive dishes she's culled over the last several years, it is my first and generally last stop for finding the perfect recipe to fit my needs on any given occasion. From great appetizers, salads, entrees or desserts, this book is packed with one mouth-watering idea after the other. I have just purchased several copies to give my foodie friends for Christmas! Highly recommended. Waiting for Volume 2, please.

This book, "Chez Bernice", has a collection of delicious and easy to follow recipes, written in a way that even someone with no experience in the kitchen can create amazing dishes fit for a CHEF!
I've tried many of the recipes in this book, including the cakes & other desserts. You will absolutely love having this book as your guide and your family and friends will be amazed of the delicious meals you will be able to prepare!
