I recently purchased the above mentioned Video. What a smart investment this has turned out to be. This is the first Video I have purchased on this subject where the presenter actually takes the time to explain each movement -SLOWLY, and in a manner that is easy to follow. Dr. Swartz has sucessfully created a video that is soothing, informative and thought provoking. Dr Swartz has caught my attention and I look forward to his next video production. A wise purchase.

I searched for a well produced easy to follow tape on Chi Gong for a long time.. This is it! Finally someone made a product worth the money. I highly recommend this tape to anyone looking to start Chi Gong.

Dr Swartz's loving instruction is presented in a straight forward and easy to follow manner. I thoroughly enjoy practicing to this video, and love the flowing movements. This is the first Chi Gong form I have learned and I love it! I was surprised how much the practice affects me on both a physical and emotional level. My mood and energy shift noticeably after I practice to the video and I feel much calmer, definitely more balanced and more energized than when I started. The slow gentle movements have really helped with my aching joints and my joint flexibility! I have also learned something very valuable regarding "practice" and the repetition of this form and my own investment of time and energy. The benefits seem to be accumulative and get stronger as I continue practicing. I now realize if I don't invest time to practice I simply wont get the benefits. This has been a great incentive for me to continue practicing even when I may not feel like it. I thank Dr Swartz from the bottom of my heart for teaching and sharing this graceful form and giving me the tools to empower and change my life towards health and away from dis-ease. This video has been a wonderful investment of my time and effort! I highly recommend it!

I was very disappointed when I received this video. It weighed next to nothing. The instructor does not speak slowly but quickly. There are a total of 5 exercises. The video takes about 10 minutes to perform extremely simple exercises. I returned the video. It was not worth the money.
