Little here, beyound history and blah-blah
I got practically nothing from this other than that I should probably buy his other product, the Dragon & Tiger Chi Gung DVD... I've purchased about 4 other products by Kumar. Most are good and go into an unprecedented level of detail that no one else does. I still believe Kumar has a lot to offer and will continue to buy Kumar's products, but this left me feeling like I...

Bruce Frantzis' two-CD set gives listeners a chance to experience what it is like to study with him in person. Sharing a mix of Taoist morals, Chinese history, chi gung advice, and details of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Bruce broadens your awareness of the deeper meanings and examples of yin and yang, and health tendencies for males and females. Bruce Frantzis is known for his generous and accurate teachings, and with this CD set, he does not hold back. If listeners have teenagers, seek tips on developing intimacy, or dealing with anger, depression, ADHD, or other health problems, this is a very rich teaching and collection of advice. Dragon & Tiger Chi Gung practitioners will find this quite relevant, for Bruce discusses customized applications in multiple portions of the presentation. I found the price of this recording to be a great value in relation to what a student could likely expect to pay to hear such teachings in person from a lineage holder such as Bruce Frantzis. Excellent item!
