This product is very similar to one used in my chiropractor's office. The only difference is the air valve (the one in the chiropractor's office is stronger). It's easy to use by yourself and provides a comfortable and adjustable neck fit. Using this product 2-3 times a week for 10 minutes has increased my neck mobility and compliments the adjustments I recieve from the chiropractor.
