Short battery life,

The idea of this tool is good, but it does not last long on a charge. Also it is clumsy to hold--too long and weighty at the top. Not alot of power either.

Buy a Dremmel.,

The kit is great, but all the bits/sanders/grinders are worthless when the battery won't stay charged for more than about 30 seconds. No matter how long you charge it, it won't stay charged. The 9.6V battery has no power even with a new charge.
I'd recommend buying a Dremmel, at least you can find a Home Website to contact them. You won't find anyone on the internet to even ask about buying a new charger, they don't sell them, you have to buy a whole new kit. I would rate the set as a +8 and the rotary tool as a -9, but the ratings don't go minus. |
