Beatiful book, artwork is great, intro to chapters interesting and informative. Recipes are great, they WORK! Like the menus for the holidays. This one is for seasoned cooks, not for beginners.

My hunny is from Chicago and we got this to make some meals like he would have back home. Wow! Have done quiet a few dishes from here and each one was a new flavor and new experience. So yummy!!
