Even the tenderest cut of steak isn't fun to eat with a dull knife. These steak knives will slide through your steak. The key is the blade, which is made of high-carbon stainless steel to resist rust and discoloration. Each blade has a small bolster at the handle to assist your cutting control and balance. The edge is hand-ground to Chicago Cutlery's exclusive Taper Grind edge, tapering gradually for a smoother performance than traditional blunt angles. For added safety, the blade extends through the handle and is held firmly in place by three stainless-steel rivets. The walnut handles are ergonomically designed in case you face a really big steak. These steak knives are dishwasher-safe.
