I bought this set two years ago thinking I was upgrading to a high quality product that would not need to be replaced for many years, and while you do have to remember to lower the temperature on your recipes because you're baking with metalware, the results are very good and nothing sticks; however, despite proper care and only moderate use, every single piece is now peeling. I've never put these pieces into a dishwasher. I've only used nonstick utensils. But now I'm forced to decide whether to replace these expensive items or have my family eating little bits of who-knows-what.After having been very excited to upgrade my bakeware, I am extremely disappointed with the short lifespan of these pans. This is good bakeware if you don't mind replacing it regularly.

I know you will find this bakeware as sturdy, and reliable as I have. I started out with one piece, and have slowly replaced all of my orignal grocery store bakeware with this high quality bakeware. What I like the best about this is that is stands up to multiple uses, and comes back like new. This is heavy, it does not rust, or warp. If you are looking for a set to buy and have around for awhile, go for this one.

As a baker of about 8 years, I found these pans to be the best I have come across. I quickly replaced all of my old, rusty bakeware and was amazed with the results as well as the quality of the product. My cakes and cookies slid off with ease, as well as cooking in record time. The only drawback is that I wish I would have read earlier about putting your oven 25 degrees lower when using the cookie sheet---it would've saved me a burnt, hard batch of cookies. Overall, an excellent product!!!!
