These mini loaf pans are very good quality and honestly, they bake my breads just as well (if not better) than my expenisve set of Caphalon mini pans. Really! I could not believe the price that Amazon is selling them for. I figured there must be some sort of hitch. But no, it's just a really fine deal. I would suggest even purchasing 2 sets if you do not currently own any mini loaf pans. Most recipes I make are a perfect fit for 5 mini loaf pans (even though the recipe says 4 - I don't like my breads to rise very much over the top). And at this price - 2 sets is still inexpensive! I very much recommend these.

I love these pans! I've had them for a while and here are some tricks I've learned over time. Yes, the interior corners are hard to clean, so use a wooden toothpick to easily clean them out. It gets all the gunk out every time. I hand wash my pans and if you let them sit out to dry, they will rust. So as soon as I'm done washing them, I just pop them into my hot oven for a minute in between batches, or into my off, but still warm oven and they dry in just a few minutes.

I use these pans every week to make gluten-free, casein-free (GFCF) breads. I use the Breads from Anna mix. One bag makes 3 full mini loaves. We've found that the bread is much better in these little pans than in the regular loaf pans...it doesn't dry out as much. The pans clean up easily in the dishwasher too.

I shouldn't have overlooked someone's review on rust issue with these pans. Rust started appearing from corners right after the first initial recommended wash. Sorry, Chicago Metallic. but your product is a health hazard.

I'm always looking for smaller pans because I'm always giving away baked goods.

These pans make great small individual loaves. My only complaint is the "folded" design. The pans are not one solid piece of metal, leaving creases in the corners which are sometimes a pain to clean. But despite that minor setback, the pans are perfect. Would highly recommend these pans as well as other Chicago products to any baker out there.

The size is great but the design is horrible. The corners are folded over so they catch and hold water when they are washed. It makes them very hard to dry and reuse right away.

I discovered chicago metallic pans a few months ago when I saw some reviews on the jelly pans on amazon and then saw them at marshalls department stores for 1/2 the price they were selling them here. Now, I am a huge fan of chicago metallic now and have replaced almost all my other pans with this brand. I bought these mini loaf pans and love them. They are truly non stick and easy to use. I have made individual sized meatloaf, banana bread and even carrot cake in these. The only small problem is that the inside corners of these are a little hard to clean, so I suggest soaking them first.

At first , I thought the pans would be too small, but they will accomodate a full recipe of yeast bread with nice rounded tops that fit in plastic bags for storage. The problem with baking bread in the 9" pans is that it is hard to find bags for storage.

The specifications list the pan as 6 x 3.2 x 3 The actual size (as stated on the packaging) is 5.5 x 3 x 2...a huge difference in size and makes these pans unusable for my intended purpose. Originally I thought it was a misshipment...but the model numbers match...just a poor description

I love the size of these pans. Perfect for a gift for a live alone senior or for a couple. As noted in previous reviews it is challenging to get into the corners. I ended up soaking them and also tried the dishwasher which worked the best AFTER soaking. Breads remove easily from pans. Will continue to use them frequently.
