I use this pan mostly for turkey and pulled pork. It is a nice sturdy pan with a useful rack inside. It washes well in the dishwasher. I recommend putting a couple of cups of water at the bottom when cooking turkey. This makes a nice stock at the bottom and prevents burning. Also, if you do the 'upside down' method of cooking turkey, you should probably spray the rack with cooking spray so that it will not stick when you go to turn the bird right side up. This fits a 15lb bird perfectly. Anything larger may not fit.

For pulled pork, just line the bottom of the pan underneath the rack with aluminum foil and spray the rack with cooking spray before adding your rubbed pork butt.

My husband & I are not professional cooks, just enjoy cooking together in the kitchen. I had been using a huge baking dish for roasting meats & poultry. The handles are WONDERFUL!! both on the rack & on the pan itself. Easy to use, easy to manuver, and cleans up GREAT in the dishwasher (I was a bit apprehensive at first). So glad I sprang for the extra $$ for this pan as opposed to the smaller one that was non-stick. Larger and like handles on both rack & pan while the non-stick is not an issue as long as I spray with Pam before use.

This is a great pan, it is very well made, the handles are sturdy, and make lifting it a breeze.

This is a sturdy pan that can take regular use without babying. The handles are great. I didn't want to spend a fortune for a decent roasting pan, so this one was a great find.

I got this a few months back and have used for for a variety of roasts including a turkey, various cuts for pot roast, a 7lb brisket, and boston butt. So it's large enough for what you are likely to be cooking. It has held up well and is easy enough to clean. I was a little worried because it is a little thin where the handles connect to the roaster, but outside of a little flex I haven't a had a problem with it. Considering how much roasters go for, I think this is a good investment for everyday use.

ITs okay but not as large as I thought it would be. I do like the inset with the handles, so it was worth it.

I thought that all Chicago metallic products were made in the USA. This pan was Made in China. Perhaps the pan will still perform well, but I would have not purchased had I known this in advance. Just my humble opinion.
