Rusts fast,
By
This review is from: Chicago Metallic Duncan Hines Toaster Oven Pan (Kitchen)
The no-stick coating is indeed very sturdy and this would be an excellent accessory for the toaster oven -- except... It rusts like crazy, after only a few uses too. I've tried this pan twice. I did put the first pan in the dishwasher, but when it started rusting after just 2-3 uses, I made sure that the second pan never went through the dishwasher. Yet the second pan started rusting almost as fast. After just one year the first one is pretty much rusted all over...

Great quality - I'm buying another!,

I'm ordering a second one. This is just the perfect size to cook six of those pre-made frozen chocolate chip cookies on. While it isn't as big as you'd think, neither is my toaster oven. (not reviewing my oven here, but it is a LOT smaller than you'd think and I need the special pans for it).I read reviews on other toaster oven pan brands before buying this, and I'm glad I did. I have had NO trouble with this (Some folks did with their OTHER, unnamed-here brand). The rim is tightly rolled, no rusting in the dishwasher, and it has stayed solid and unwarped (three months of regular use). I do NOT use SOS/steel wool, and use teflon-type utensils. (which I do with my airbake and wilton pans as well). Looks like new.

I rarely fire up my full sized oven but I use my toaster oven daily. This pan replaced a "NordicWare" non-stick pan that was complete junk.I don't treat this Duncan Hines pan particularly well. It gets banged around in the sink with metal utensils and such, soaks for a day or gets wet and air dries, etc. And despite this, the pan is holding up fine. The nonstick surface still performs great and there is no hint of any rust like one reviewer had. I've been using this pan for just over a year, and I'm very pleased with it.

My Chicago Metallic Duncan Hines Toaster Oven Pan Review,
By
This review is from: Chicago Metallic Duncan Hines Toaster Oven Pan (Kitchen)
I use my toaster oven almost daily so am always on the hunt for good pans to use in it. But this time when I went on the hunt I wanted a "covered" pan for my little oven. I quickly found they do not exist like they do for my big oven so I decided to make one. This pan, the Chicago Metallic Duncan Hines Toaster Oven Pan, was perfect for one of the pieces. I purchased two of them. (My research led me to another pan here on Amazon... the Nordic Ware Compact Oven 1-1/2-Quart Casserole Pan. I also ordered two of those.) When the 4 pans arrived I did a test fit and they fit together almost as if they were made to even though they were from totally different manufacturers. One pan's lip fits inside the other pan's lip making a decently stable 'catch'. The two pans, different depths, would allow me to have a lid on a casserole or a cover on a broiler pan.

We don't use our toaster oven for much beyond toast, but for those occasional times when I need to toast nuts or seeds, reheat pizza, or melt cheese on a sandwich, this is a stout little pan that cleans up nicely. It is an order of magnitude better than toaster oven accessories found in "big box stores".

I have tried for six months to find replacement pans for my toaster oven. None of the stores in my town carried them. Then as I was looking for something else I found them on Amazon!!As soon as the new ones arrived, the old ones went into the trash!! Thanks so much!

I've used it a few times so far and it still looks perfect. So far, no sticking or rust problems. It cleans up easily. I wish it was a little bigger, but for the price, I like it. I'll eventually get another one.

This pan fits my Black and Decker under the counter toaster oven perfectly! It is of a good quality and is non-stick. I usually cover it with foil though when I cook, so I don't have to scrub it as much! I bought two b/c I tend to use the toaser oven alot. I am very happy with it.

Pans arrived in good condition as advertised. Not as heavy duty as I would have liked, but very serviceable.
