The pan is great, so easy to clean. When you purchase it the instructions tell you to use the pan at 25 deg. less then the recipe tells you to. So far this has not been a problem.

This is the best all-around pan you can own! It is incredibly versatile, and the non-stick is permanent, not a sprayed on layer-it won't peel off! As it is a nice heavyweight metal pan, treat it as you would cast-iron in the oven-bake things at a slightly lower temp, and they'll probably be done a few minutes sooner too! If I had the room, I'd own a dozen!

Well there isn't much to say. The pan has been used many times since Christmas. It cooks well, cleans easily, still looks brand new and is worth every penny. Definately recommend.

I love this pan and use it *frequently*. I'm pleased with the finish and size. It is, however, difficult to get the inside corners clean because of the "seams".

My old roast pans gave up the ghost after 30+ years. I am sure my new ones will last just as long. Nice heavy construction that will hold a chicken or ham. Glad I was able to find them. Amazon does have nice things.
