This is a very well made pan. The interior and exterior has a smooth non-stick finish. I used the recipe that comes with the pan and the popovers turned out perfectly every time. The recipe is foolproof.

Additionally, my husband is just so impressed with the popovers (how lucky since they are so easy). If you have never made popovers before I think you will be amazed at how simple they are to pull together. If you can put together a cake mix you have more than enough skills to make a popover. They really are ridiculously simple to prepare.

This pan makes a large popover. I use this size for lunches as a vehicle to hold shrimp or chicken salad. It holds enough salad for a grown man for lunch.

If you are looking for the dinner size popovers check out the 12-count size by the same manufacturer.

I highly recommend this pan to anyone interested in making popovers at home.

I had bought a less than stellar popover pan from ebay that constantly stuck and got metal on my popovers so I trashed it and bought this one. At first, the cups looked a little small to me but after making a batch of popovers all I can say is WOW! The popovers come out HUGE and fall right out of the pan. A very good investment (I make popovers alot) and am even thinking about purchasing the mini popover pan now.

Works great and produces perfect results. If you want great looking pop-overs, this pan will produce them. Combine with a trusted receipe.

I had been wanting to make popovers for quite a time but didn't know how or where to start. I saw that I could buy the pan and get the recipe from Amazon. The first batch turned out very well. Something that I thought would be very complicated to make turned out to be very easy. And I am not a baker, just like muffins and popovers. My husband and I will enjoy having them a lot more now.

I love my popover pan! Popovers are baked perfectly and they slide right out of the pan. The pan wipes clean and can go into the dishwasher.

This is smaller than the Chicago Gourmetware Popover Pan that I have. I was hoping it would be the same size since the one I have is a Chicago Metallic Gourmetware Popover Pan.

The delivery was quick and the item came good packaged. I didn't try it yet. It came with the usefull recipe.
