I bought these pans in late 2009 and have used them several times now. They do a great job of making crispy taco salad shells.

By experience, I do not coat them with cooking spray as that will eventually gunk up nonstick pans. I just heat the tortilla shells in the microwave about 20 seconds or so to soften them, then press them inside each pan and bake them on a cookie sheet. They stay in place well.

These little guys do just as they are supposed to. Nothing sticks, they clean up so easily, and the make perfect little healthy taco shells. Buy two sets or more so you can make a bunch at a time. We put our shells in an airtight container and they seem to stay fresh forever. Great product.

I love the mini-tostada shells I was able to make and so did my guests.

Really like this product and use every time I make tostadas. Makes a nice lowfat baked tostada shell.

Great results. Nice presentation for dinner salad but not for salad as a meal. Quick. Easy. No clean up.
