Very heavy duty and more durable than typical cookie sheet. Very pleased with the product and the outcome of my biscotti. Highly recommended.

I have enjoyed baking biscotti in these pans, they are a very good quality and I recommend them highly.

After receiving these pans I am once again convinced Chicago Metallic makes a great product. Heavy duty, perfect size for baking terrific biscotti. Although, there are many items that can be baked in this pan! I truly recommend the product.

This is another quality Chicago Metallic product. The pan is nice; the metal is heavy, unlike many of the more flimsy baking pans available in the big box stores. The seams are well finished, and the pan is not dark-colored which can affect baking times and temperatures. It is a bit unusual in size, but I can see using it for bar cookies, candies, and other cooking needs when I adjust a recipe which creates a need for some unusual sized pans.

My only criticisms are that "Chicago Metallic" is embossed in raised letters on the bottom of the pan and that the recipe on the back of the product information was glued so tightly that it pulled part of the wording off. I was able to "rescue" the recipe, but it would have been nice if it had been able to be removed intact. I'm not pleased about having wording embossed into my biscotti, but it's not a fatal flaw. I would like to see the embossing removed when Chicago Metallic does some retooling.

If you already have a basic set of baking pans and are looking to increase your collection, this biscotti pan is one you should consider purchasing.

This pan is a durable, heavy duty baking pan. The size is perfect for the task. The interior coating makes it easy to remove baked items and clean.

I'm very pleased with this pan! I purchased two. You don't have to struggle with shaping the biscotti dough; the pan does all the work.

Just got this pan for Christmas and immediately made gingerbread in it this evening. Outstanding quality pan, heavy, very well made. Cake popped right out, perfectly baked throughout. Looking forward to making biscotti in it this weekend, and right now buying a second pan here on Amazon. Highly recommend this one.

I have purchased two of these pans and they are worth every penny. Not only do I get professionally shaped biscotti, but the pans are also a breeze to clean! I highly recommend this pan for anyone who likes to make their own biscotti treats.

I've made biscotti many times and have been disappointed in the outcome of it's shape. This pan works wonderfully in keeping the biscotti "true to form".

I am very happy with the quality of the pan. Easy to clean, sturdy.
