I already had other products by this vendor and as usual the quality for the value is excellent.

These are wire cooling racks, cooling pretty much anything that is NOT too delicate or that could fall through even these small squares.

Mostly they are for cookies and they certainly won't be falling through!

I also use these to bake bacon in the over as putting this into a jelly roll pan or other lipped sheet pan it can act as a rack to cook bacon, let's the fat drip down and makes for crispier bacon, you can roast vegetables or make potato chips using them.

They are fine in the dishwasher but I end up just doing the larger items in sink with dish soap and water.

Lightweight but sturdy with typically robust Chicago Metallic quality. The legs are adequate, the grid's about 3/8". I expect a lifetime of service from this product. I have yet to purchase any Chicago Metallic product that I have not been 100% satisfied with.

I bought these coolong racks to fit my half-sheet baking pans and they fit perfectly. I can do everything from cool cookies to bake perfect ribs! I love them and would recommend them to any serious cook (even if you're a beginner, they're still great!). They would also make a great bridal shower or housewarming gift.

Nice size for breads and cookies, sturdy and well made, easy to clean up. Would purchase again.

These racks are great! They fit perfectly in my jelly roll pans. There non-stick makes them easy to clean up.

Just like Alton Brown uses to cook bacon and do everything else (as far as I can tell.)

It gets the job done, i use it as a trivet of sorts sometimes for meat etc above a deep cookie sheet , sort of to roast stuff.

Only downfall is this thing turns black over time, like the coating disspates with heat? not sure why this happens.

Liked the nonstick quality and the size. Lightweight without being "cheap". Was comfortable buying "sight unseen" as I like Chicago Metallic, having bought their products before and therefore trust in their quality. Would purchase more.

Bought this cooling rack for my daughter and she is very pleased with it. She likes the size, the non-stick finish, and the close mesh design. Good price, good product.
