Grandma's Pie
I bought this pie pan as soon as my husband tried my great grandma's recipe for Ambassador Black Bottom pie and I knew that I was going to have to make it all the time. The sides are nice and sturdy so I can make sure that my crust is packed hard enough to the sides. Its a good one and when I bought it there was a great price with it. If you have never made a pie before...

This is a great pie pan vs. using a glass one. I prefer the metal kind.

Amazon shipped the 2 ordered separately and lost one. Big problem since I needed for Thanksgiving. Poor quality -- non-stick finish is coming off after 2 usages. Stick with Pyrex if you can find it.
