All cookie sheets I buy in the stores for the same price need to be replaced in a few months, but this one was built very sturdy. I was thinking it was going to be a little bit bigger, but its still a good size for small batches of cookies of anything you need to bake. The items I have baked so far with this baking sheets, have just slid off. I didnt even have to use a utensil to get them off. If anything should happen to this product it is covered with a 25 year warrenty and that also helped sell me on this product. This product is also so easy to clean, it takes no effort at all.

I agree! This is the best cookie sheet ever! I normally don't write reviews but I was ordering a few more of these cookie sheets and felt so strongly that this was such an excellent product. It bakes things so perfectly it's unbelievable the difference!!! A special note: it bakes cookies a little slower than dark cookie sheets so add an extra minute to your cooking time and they will come out perfect!

It is a bit small but a very good size for small quantity baking and it takes up less space.

One thing I don't like about it is the sharp edges. I have to handle them carefully or I'm afraid I would cut my fingers. Other than that, it does warp a little, but definitely not as much as the super market brands cookie sheets.

Having used professional cookie sheets at bakeries, I think the non-stick coating is good. More than enough for regular home use.

I suppose Amazon could pay more attention to their packaging when shipping items like these to avoid scratches. Just a tape to close the plastic bag or some paper between each of them would be a good idea.

Pan performs well the only thing that would make it better is if it was made in the US and not China.

I like this cookie sheet. It is very solid, no flexing. The non-stick surface works great. These are the best cookie sheets I have ever used.
Caution: I own two of the larger versions and just rubbing against something else in my cabinet scratched the surface on one of the big ones. Not deep, but still...So, make sure you only use plastic utensils.

These are the perfect cookie sheets! Cookies never burn. Easy to handle. Only one thing I would change and that is the size. I'd like bigger ones, but that was my preference, nothing to do with these perfect cookie sheets.

I bought a cookie sheet this size many years ago. It's just perfect for a couple of frozen biscuits for breakfast. For the last two years I have been looking for a new one as my old one is a little worn. From now on I will go to AMAZON.COM first because that is where I finally found one. Bakes those biscuit beautifully. Thanks kh
