This is an excellent non-stick pan. The weight is heavy but not too heavy. Cleans very easily. And it fits in the slightly larger counter top ovens such the Black & Decker CTO6301 6-Slice Convection Toast-R-Oven, Stainless Steel. One star was deducted because on 1 of the 2 that I own, I can see rust under the edge where it wraps under the bottom which is a pet peeve. Your food won't contact it by any means but it always reminds me the manufacturing technique didn't press it out in 1 piece - which is a more costly technique but one I would pay for.

best pan ever,

After having the regular Chicago Metallic pans for about 4 years, they we're starting to show their wear, even after diligently cleaning them after each use. I looked to find a substitute. I knew I wanted to go with Chicagao Metallic after the excellent performance of the ones I had. I decided after much debate to go with the non stick. I have never regretted that decision. They brown perfectly and the clean up is something I still can't get over. Thank you Chicago Metallic.

This is a 'quarter sheet pan',

This is half the size of a true jelly roll pan or sheet pan. It's great for a few biscuits or anything for a small family that needs to go in the oven.I always buy the highest quality cookware and bakeware and this pan is of the BEST QUALITY of any pan I've ever purchased. Chicago Metallic makes excellent products and this is really amazing; it's very heavy with rolled edges, not inclined to warp under higher temps. If you need a smallish pan for baking this is the one to order.

I was tired of using a big cookie sheet for every single job and wanted a smaller version. I love the results I get when baking with this heavy-duty pan and it is easier to wash because of the small size (fits in the sink). I don't like to put it in the dishwasher because water (then rust) builds up under the edges, though I don't wash any pans with this type of edge in the dishwasher. My only complaint is that my husband used it once for baking some chicken and I have not been able to get the stains off. However, it doesn't seem to affect cooking so this is a minor issue. Other than that it has served us well.

Best EVER!,

I have several of these wonderful small "jelly roll" pans, and while they are not true jelly roll pans, I use them for practically everything else. Dishwasher safe, they clean up so easily, food never sticks (and I've had one of my pans for several years now), and they are the best size for smaller needs. I often bake cookies from frozen, pre-formed dough and can easily fit 8 or sometimes 10 on the pan... which means a few fewer left for me to snack on later ;). Buy these pans and you won't go back to any other brand... and you won't regret it either!

Love this pan.... easy to use.... easy to clean.A heavy duty feel to it.I bought it to make my buttermilk biscuits and cornbread recipes. I make my dough and spread it in the pan then when baked, cut into squares for serving. It is an easier way to make biscuits than rolling and cutting and the taste is marvelous!

NOT a Jelly Roll Pan,
By
This review is from: Chicago Metallic Professional Nonstick 12-1/4-by-9-Inch Jelly Roll Pan (Kitchen)
Normally, anything made by Chicago Metallics is a quality product. This is just to alert potential buyers that this is NOT a true jelly roll pan. The dimensions of a jelly roll pan should be 10 x 15-inches. This is more like the dimensions of a "quarter-sheet pan." If you're using a recipe that calls for a jelly roll pan, this small pan will throw it off--in fact, the dough or batter would probably be too much for the pan.
