Since I have discovered this line of bakeware, I have discarded everything else I had collected over 20 years. The quality is great and worth the investment.

This pan is excellent for baking brownies. I bake at 25 degrees lower than the recipe and the bottoms of the brownies are perfectly baked - not too dark or too light. It's wonderful to bake with nonstick pans. It's very heavy-duty and will last a lifetime if cared for properly. I highly recommend this product.

This is the BEST pan I have ever had. It is so sturdy and cleans up easier than any other pan I have ever used. Nothing really sticks to it either- and I am a terrible cook and burn things all the time. But I have yet to have anything stick to this pan that didn't wash right off.

This pan has a thick, durable non-stick finish and is a very heavy gauge metal. It is surprisingly heavy for its size. If you're looking for a very serious quality pan at a good price, this can't be beat. It could be the last 9x9 pan you buy.

Anyone who's struggled to remove a cake or cornbread or brownies from a so-called "non-stick" pan this is the pan for you. Simply excellent - I use the round cake pans and the 9' square pan, and everything I have ever baked slids out easily. These pans have the highest quality of teflon I've come across. Instructions for use of the pans is to bake at 25 degress less than the recipe states. Great quality, great product.

I like that it's pretty heavy. Depending on what you're baking, it's still a good idea to put parchment in the bottom. (Not necessary with pineapple upside down cake.) Makes good brownies.

I have always been a fan of Chicago Metallic products but do wish
commercial stainless steel had been available. I only gave a 4
star rating because non-stick is touchy and I think it should have
been made in Chicago NOT IN CHINA! I wonder what the price would
have been if it had been made in the USA?

I have been amazed what a difference,in some of my baked goods,
going to a 9" pan (rather than an 8") has made.....much better!

I really needed a 9x9 for my various recipe efforts and bought this one based on it's very good reviews at what I consider a good price. I have baked all sorts of things in it and it bakes wonderfully and everything comes out with ease and washing up is an utter breeze. This really is a lovely baking pan for the price and I imagine I am going to be in possession of it for quite some time still.
