I bought this impact wrench to change commercial truck tires, and it didn't take long after opening the box to figure out that it has more than enough power to break any truck lug nut loose. I was a little worried about air consumption, since the impact comes with a 1/2" FPT inlet, but have had no problem running this off my 80 gallon 175 psi, 19 cfm @ 90 psi compressor using 1/2" hose and 1/2" quick connect fittings.My only complaint is that the location of the exhaust port makes it difficult to operate the impact without blowing air tool oil all over yourself. Other than that one small gripe, this thing is worth its weight in gold to anyone in the truck tire or heavy equipment business. |
