Interesting book but vastly overpriced,

This review is from: Chicano Graffiti and Murals: The Neighborhood Art of Peter Quezada (Folk Art and Artists) (Paperback)
This is a slender paperback at 72 pages. Mostly text and small black-and-white photos with 12 pages of smallish color plates in the back, showing some details of Quezada's artwork. Good information about his techniques and goals, but not much in the way of visuals to study. Not knowing the costs that go into publishing such a book, and just going by appearance, I think five dollars would have been a better price. I didn't get nearly as much out of this book as I did from others in this series, including Cajun Mardi Gras Masks and Vodou (Voodoo)Things: The Art of Pierrot Barra and Marie Cassaise (Folk Art and Artists Series), both of which had huge color photos of the artwork throughout the books.
