Very interesting look at the legal struggles the latino and chicano communtity have endured. The information is not too technical or heavy on legal jargon but can be a bit dense at times. It is not the most reader friendly book but is extremely informative and covers a depth of cases throughout the past 60 years.

Excellent book very complete and worth the purchase. Lots of information but presented in a way that is interesting. It can be used as a text or excellent reference. This book has information compiled in it that others do not cover.
