Good buy, but don't expect to travel much,

We are happy with our purchase. Since a few days old our baby has slept in the raised position (as a bassinet). We have yet to use the other features (changing table, play yard), so I can't comment on those. The remote control is a nice touch too. I will say, I don't think anyone is going to be packing this up every day and taking it with them. First, it weighs alot, maybe 40-45lbs. Second, it isn't the fastest thing to set up (may be quicker as a playyard). Overall, it has served its purpose (allowing us to keep the bassinet upstairs and have the baby take naps downstairs).

Not Impressed.,

I originally bought this because it looked very safe, I loved the changing table/pocket areas on changing table, the toys were so cute, and it was more expensive. I am really not impressed. The best thing was the changing table, but you will need to buy pads because the plastic top gets cold, and you will not be able to find pads to match. I wish the changing table had a wet wipe holder of some kind so that the wet wipes would not end up in bassinet. I really liked the bassinet feature, but you cannot use the playgym with sheets on it. My playgym is unused in the closet and my baby didn't care for the toys. The vibration thing doesn't vibrate hardlly at all. It takes AA batteries that run out quick. Now that I have dropped it down, I don't use it because it is hard to get a sleeping baby in there without waking him up (I'm 5 foot 3, so that might be the problem.) He loves the music option and when using the bassinet the music/light will turn on when he made noise which I loved. I recommend saving your money and buying something else.

Practical and multifunction,

We bought this playard for our first baby, and I've been using it every single day since we came back from the hospital two weeks ago.
This is a very useful and practical item that I'll recommend to all moms. Since I'm not back to work, I work around the house all day long, and this playard is very confortable because you can use it as a crib and a changing table without have to go to the nursery or other rooms. You can keep an eye on your baby while he/she sleeps. My son loves the music, and the best part is: it will start by itself when the baby cries! Very easy to ensamble (I did it by myself, on my 9th month and it took me 20 min). Chicco has great products and will recommend this one 100%. Mariana
