After a few weeks of playing, the car stopped turning like others have commented on. I took it apart to try and fix because my 2 yr old and our 2 and 4 yr old neighbors loved it. Found that the plastic gears broke and was unable to find any replacement parts on the web. I would not recommend this toy because how quickly it broke. If the manufacturer fixes that, it would be a great toy. When it was running it was really fun. The concept Is great.

This toy is AMAZING. I bought this for my 2yr old nephew, and he can't put it down. It is easy enough for him to figure out, yet fun enough for me to play with. lol. The rubber strips on the tires make it perfect when changing to different surfaces. The headlights and brakelights work respectively. The horn on the steering wheel remote is an awsome feature. Also, you can adjust the "alignment" of the car if it tends to pull towards one side.

I've always had RC cars as a kid, and this is perfect to start him on. Also, Amazon shipping was BLAZING Fast; ordered it one day and the very next it was sitting on my door step!

Our car doesn't work, which is so frustrating for a 3 year old (and his parents)! The car will go forward and backward, but not turn left or right. We'll be returning this cheaply made toy.

I read the description and this remote controlled car seemed like a great toy for my two year old. I was worried about the lack of reviews but figured I would try it anyway.

Solid construction
Good battery life (so far)
Tires have a rubber tread in the middle so it runs quite well on hard surfaces and carpet.

Cons
Large turning radius (thought that does make it easier for a child to drive)
Limited range of the remote.

Overall I am well please with this toy and would buy it again. I might by another for my niece.

The child I purchased this for loved it. I got the batteries for the remote and did not realize the truck needed batteries also.

Bought the toy for my 2 yr old son. He has fun playing with it even though he doesn't understand the steering yet. This toy doesn't have the steering capabilies of your typical RC - the car veers left or right rather than really turn, but is still a lot of fun.

My almost 3 year old son loves this car. He doesn't quite know how to turn the car with the steering wheel but he's learning and loves it. My 19 month old son also likes it....especially the horn:) My husband also likes to take it over.

We got this remote control car for our 2 year old nephew for Christmas. He loves cars, and especially loves steering wheels. I think 2 is still a little too young as he doesn't yet understand that the steering wheel makes the car go. However, he loves to play with both separately and I think will enjoy the intended use of the toy as he gets older. He does love to honk the horn and make the lights on the car flash!

The adults, on the other hand, LOVED this toy! We played with it after the kids went to bed! It's very fun to play with, so no worries about playing when the nephew asks! It's also quite small so easy to take with us places when the kid needs something to be entertained. He also likes to play with the steering wheel, turned off, in the car and pretend he's driving.

Overall an excellent purchase.

I gave my grandson Billy Fun Wheels for Christmas. Now, all he wants to do is 'drive' his very own car! Not only is he learning how to drive it forward and back but how to steer left and right. When he is delighted so is his grandmother. Great toy and lots of fun!!!

My 3 year old boy wanted this for Christmas and he loves it. The remote control activity is valuable for building eye/hand coordination. It is rugged and rides over carpet and small obstacles. It is now known as the Billy Fun Wheels "rota matrol" car. The only downside is the horn that my boy loves to beep constantly - but that is no fault of the car...only the driver! lol
