I have STACKS of cookbooks and I adore cooking for my family. This is a good little cookbook helping make that old standby in healthy cooking interesting again. Until I got this book I was on the verge of being happy to never eat chicken again. There are some good recipes in here. Worth buying, I believe, even if you only find a few favorites. Try the Chutney Chicken Salad, Herbed Chicken with Sour cream-Wine sauce, and any of their asian inspired stir frys. You'll get some good ideas out of this one.
