I checked out this book from the library and immediately knew that I had to buy my own copy. The recipes are sorted by the type of pot in which it will be cooked - skillet, baker, crock pot, etc. Many recipes call for simple ingredients that are all ready in my pantry. While I won't use "most" of the recipes because they don't appeal to my family's tastes, there are more than enough dishes that I have tried and liked to justify the cost of the book. I have recommended this book to my friends and family without hesitation.
