I am so glad that they finally made the Chicken Fat fitness program available on DVD. I have the Chicken Fat video for a few years now but I've watched it so many times it is wearing out. I am a Phys Ed teacher and my kids just love it. I would recommend Chicken Fat to all kids for a fun workout.

This is my best memory of grade school. It was used as a warm up for P.E. in the 60's and 70's. Now I can use it as a warm up in my adult workout. It is soooo much fun! So "go you chicken fat goooo"

I am so glad I found this DVD. My friend has this on Video and I watched it at her house with her 8 year old son and 5 year old daughter. The kids were having so much fun I wanted to get it for my class. I teach 1st grade and thought my kids would like it, and was I right. I told the school Gym Teacher and now all grades are using the program. I have tried other exercise and fitness programs for my children but this is the best yet.I strongly recommend this for children to help them to exercise and have fun.
