Great failproof recipes. My guest have always loved the Stuffed Turkey Breast recipe on page 67. Really fun recipes for entertaining!

I picked this book up in a used bookstore for $6, several years ago. It has a ton of wonderful tips for grilling chicken, turkey, duck, and other poultry. The recipes are well-written and thought out, and if you like pretty pictures in your cookbooks, this one's full of 'em.

I've never had a recipe from this book go wrong -- everything's always turned out just as promised. I'm a good cook, but not so good that I can take credit for a 100% success ratio on my own: the recipes start from a very strong place indeed.
