Appetite-Whetting
What fun to find out the etymology of all these dishes and foods named after people and places. And so nicely designed and packaged--and so well priced for a hardcover book! I am going to give this little culinary delight to my foodie/wordie friends for Christmas

Chicken ala King and the Buffalo wing...fail
The concept of the book held great promise but didn't fulfill. Between the obvious omissions and the mistakes in the book, this volume doesn't present much informational value. Slightly entertaining.
