This is by far the best chicken cookbook i have seen. Not only does it have recipes but it has a few notes on the history of cooking with poultry.

I'm so happy I got this to add to my collection. I have the Pasta Bible, Cheese Bible and Italian Kitchen Bible! Like the rest, it is such a very interesting book and it is a keeper! Love, love, love this!!! Looking forward to more of the Bible Collection!
