More About the Author

Hi, I'm Heather Richardson and I'm the author of the best selling cookbook 'Chicken Recipes To Die For'. I have enjoyed cooking for as long as I can remember - right from the early days of when my Mum would let me loose in the kitchen to come up with some 'interesting' creations. Some of my earliest efforts should probably have carried an official Government Health Warning, but I'm pleased to say that through trial and error and plenty of practice my family now prefers my home cooking to restaurant food any time!

When I'm deciding what to cook the most important factors to me are that the meals provide good nutrition, are not costly to make, and of course that they taste delicious. This was the inspiration behind my 'Chicken Recipes To Die For' book, and I will be following on with a series of books to include many of my other delicious recipes featuring different main ingredients.

Well I must say this is one of the best buys I have made in a long time. Easy to follow and wonderful recipes! I liked them and so did the kids and they are the hardest to please, so I will be looking out for more books by this author in future.

If you love chicken you need this book. It has some fantistic recipes in it and they are all easy to make and the directions are easy to follow. I know the recipe for Beer Can Chicken is awesome because I've made it. I've also used an almost identical recipe for the Chicken Fried Rice and it is excellent. I'm looking forward to trying the recipes in this book, especially the Lemon Chicken.

This is a must-have book for anyone who loves to try new recipes and keep life simple at the same time.
