Well I must say this is one of the best buys I have made in a long time. Easy to follow and wonderful recipes! I liked them and so did the kids and they are the hardest to please, so I will be looking out for more books by this author in future.

If you love chicken you need this book. It has some fantistic recipes in it and they are all easy to make and the directions are easy to follow. I know the recipe for Beer Can Chicken is awesome because I've made it. I've also used an almost identical recipe for the Chicken Fried Rice and it is excellent. I'm looking forward to trying the recipes in this book, especially the Lemon Chicken.

This is a must-have book for anyone who loves to try new recipes and keep life simple at the same time.

This book is great because it has all the "famous" chicken recipes all in one place so if you want to serve chicken just grab this book and you have a ton of options for different meals. Easy to read and directions are easy to follow.

Good variety of recipes and I like the photos. Many of these I've tasted before but have not attempted make, and there's also quite a few that are new to me. I'm especially looking forward to the chicken souvlaki and the tortilla soup, two of my favorites when I go out. The directions are very clear, however since the measurements are shown in metric I did need to adjust for that. Overall a great collection.

There is a wide variety of recipes in this book. Enough to please almost anyone. The directions are very easy to follow, no odd ingredients or foreign words. So far my family has loved what I have cooked from this book. Keep 'em coming, Great book. Best Chicken Wing Recipes.

What a great collection of chicken recipes. I don't think I will have to buy another chicken recipe book because of the huge variety included in this one. All recipes are easy to read and follow. Photos are included too which is a really nice addition.

This is a must have for people like us who eat chicken at least 3 times a week. It is full of old recipes,the ones that you have just forgotten to fix, and many new and interesting recipes that are calling out to be tried.

The directions are easy except for us yanks that have to convert some of the measurements. I probably will fudge a little on some or ask my Brit husband to interpret for me.

Regardless Buy this book now and try some of these wonderful recipes like oven fried chicken, chicken satay, and good old fashion chicken noodle soup.

I really liked the different variety of chicken recipes in this book. This book takes you all over the world from Mexican to Italian to Indian recipes. Once a week I try to make something different for the family to keep dinner interesting. I am definitely going to try the chicken korma this week. The picture made my mouth water!
