Very cute,
This review is from: Chicken Socks: How to Make Pompom Animals (Spiral-bound)
We bought this book for our four-year-old after she had a fantastic time with the Super Scissors Book (Chicken Socks). She also enjoyed this book immensely and now has a whole zoo full of both recognizable and imaginary creatures. After doing one animal together, she was able to create her other animals with very little assistance (and no reading). My only very minor complaints were that the glue bottle was too small and stiff for her tiny hands to use so I had to get her something else that was pompom friendly (craft glue), and the book does not include all the pompoms necessary to make all the activities in the book, so that if you want to do every page (like she did) you need to buy separate supplies. I suppose the fact that she wanted to make every possible animal is a great illustration of how much she enjoyed it. Also the book is clearly set up to be "cool" for both boys and girls, unlike some of their other publications.

I bought this book and activity kit for my four year old niece. She loved it! The pompom animals she made were not quite as "tidy" as the ones in the book photos, but she didn't care, it was still fun to make them. :D

Love the book, and the ideas, but the glue does not work!! They need to send better glue!! I will have to go out and get different glue in order to finish the projects with my son!!

This along with all the Klutz books are terrific. The projects were easy to complete and adorable. It is easy enough to purchase more pom poms to complete additional animals.

I bought this for my niece and we had fun creating just about anything that our mind can think of. This is a nice, fun way to spend time with the little ones.

Everything you need to make cute crafts. My 4 1/2 yr old loves it. We also bought one for a bday gift for a classmate. We are going to put little magnets on the animals so we can decorate the fridge with them or give them to the grandparents for their fridges. Too cute of a craft to just throw away like most kid crafts.

I got this book for my 2 yr old daughter for Christmas and we've been having so much fun with it. Some of the pompom pieces are very small, but I just make sure she does not handle them. The glue is amazingly strong after it's all dry. We've purchased additional pompoms, eyes and glue because she used them all in a few days of receiving the book.
