Another great helping of chicken soup!
Chicken Soup for the Dieter's Soul helps to keep me in the right "mind set" to keep on keeping on with the weight loss project. We all know that the most important part of dieting is getting the head on straight, and this book helps to keep me inspired! Good buy!

Not the BEST in the series
I'm a professional dieter- teach Weight Watchers. Some of the stories are good, but many are so-so. I was so looking forward to reading the book and was frankly disappointed in the collection. Hope they try this topic again!
