This book was purchased for my mother, who called to ask me why I gave her a book that would make her cry! Actually, she loved it. It's a great book, as are the so many other in this series. The only complaint I have is that eventually the book ends.

Chicken Soup for the Grandma's Soul is a sentimental treasury of memories gleaned from the hearts of grandmothers. This book will make you laugh and make you cry as you read about real life experiences as only a grandma can relay. What a wonderful book for the new grandma or the grandma with a dozen grandchildren. This book is a legacy for grandchildren, written by those who love them in a special way: the grandmas.

My Grandma loves the chicken soup books. I knew there was one for Grandma's, but couldn't find it anywhere. I found it on Amazon and gave it to her for Christmas. She loved it.

Bought this for granny for xmas and when the internet went down she couldnt put this book down even after the net was back up and running...says it is a great book and full of funny and thoughtful stories. Would buy again and highly recommend.

I bought 2 of this book for each of my son's grandma's. These stories definitely make you laugh and cry. I am big fan of Chicken soup books and own several myself.

The book is great. This is the second copy I have. The first one was a gift to me. I decided to give my friend a copy. I was inspired by reading the stories in this book. It brought back memories about my grandmother. My friend was delighted to receive a copy because she heard me speak so often about the stories in the book.

Good price and came very quickly. Grandma loved this book and so did I. I love chicken soup books. Can't beat the price.

I loved the book, particularly the first story about books given to the author, Elizabeth Rose Reardon Farella, by her grandmother. I can certainly understand how the author felt. My godmother, like the grandmother in the story, gave me books for each of my special occasions. I, too, discarded the books only to return later to read some of the same classics mentioned in the story.

I enthusiatically recommend this book. The stories are heartwarming and easy to read. Make sure you start at the beginning and enjoy a story about a grandmother's love for her grandchild and books.

Another great book by the Chicken Soup guys. I love these short inspiring stories and look forward to many more!
