This is one the best CD's I have listened to, for the spirit, in a long time. It really gets you jumping and helps to lift the spirits...listen to the words and it is really uplifting....from Elton John's "I'm Still Standing " to Paul Anka"s "My Way". I feel like I could conquer anything that comes my way.

Music doesn't just have an effect on you WHILE you're listening; those words and melodies keep running around in your head. To have the best attitude, it helps to have positive, life-giving, healthy words going through your mind, and this CD does the trick. I am the author of the book, Self-Help Stuff That Works, and I'm an expert on what it takes to keep a good attitude, and this CD, without a doubt, does the trick. As long as you're going to listen to good music, the words might as well lift you up, too!

These songs are inspirational. I couldn't stop singing I'm Still Standing by Elton John long after listening to it. One complaint is I Am Woman by Helen Reddy. Its a great song but it lacks the motivational value to this gentleman. I find it odd to be singing I am woman watch me roar. They should have made this collection gender neutral.
