I'm definitely a Chicken Soup for the Soul fan. I keep wondering when they will run out of stories, but just when I think they can't come up with another winner, they do!

Chicken Soup for the Soul: A Tribute to Moms is full of wonderful stories of how mothers have touched their children's lives. This book is broken into several categories including: Special Moments; A Mother's Guiding Hand; Learning and Teaching; On Love; Through the Eyes of a Child; On Wisdom; Letting Go; and Thank You Mom. Though they all contained heart-warming stories, I especially liked "Through the Eyes of a Child".

Each story is short enough to read in one sitting, yet touching enough to make that reading worthwhile. I highly recommend this book.

I bought this book for my Great Grand daughter to give to her mam, I read a few of the stories and I thought they were very good especially the last one in the book.A very good Mother's day present Thank you

The chapters: Special Moments; A Mother's Guiding Hand; Learning and Teaching; On Love; Through the Eyes of A Child; On Wisdom; Letting Go and Thank You, Mom are special tributes to mothers of all ages.

My story, Messy Kisses, is in the chapter, Through the Eyes of A Child. All of the stories are from the heart, wrapped in gold, lifting mothers with praise and love. This book by Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen and Patty Aubery is accented by delightful cartoon characters depicting the life and times of a mother and child.

To give your mother something special on Mother's Day, buy this book, seal it with love and let her know she is special...and don't forget to tell her you love her.

When I wrote my story for this volume, Tea for Two, it was almost as if I had teleported myself back to that Halloween over a half a century ago. As I wrote, it all came to life for me again, every vivid detail of how Mama turned a dismal evening into a delight. When my contributor's copy arrived, I immediately began to read the other stories of mothers and daughters, and found myself enthralled from start to finish. I only wish Mama were alive so I could give her a copy of this book for Mother's Day! Instead I'll have to order copies to mail to some other mothers I know. Sending this book will be like giving a hug across the miles.
