This book touches on most aspects of owning a chihuahua, but not with any depth! Everything I read was info that could be found online with the littest of effort. Most chihuahua based website I have seen contain more detailed info than this book. It would be great for a pre-teen or teen that wanted a brief glance at the chi. There are many more books out there, buy one of them, such as the The Chihuahua Handbook or Chihuahuas for Dummies.
However it does deserve one star for the beautiful Chihuahua pics!

This book is just ok. It contains very little information that is specific to the breed, and alot of general "getting a puppy" information. Alot of its content is appropriate for just about any dog. Good for a beginner or anyone who doesn't really need breed specific details.
