I loves these so much I bought for family and friends. Amazing how they work! The toxins (black gooey) come out the first couple of days and then to a tint of grey/brown as the toxins are drawn out. When the process is complete your pad is clear and you are good to go. Afterward I noticed increased levels of energy and clarity.

I believe this product does not do as it claims. I used the patches, and had the resulting 'toxins' sent to a lab and analyzed.
They found no metals, and none of the common pollutants in what is supposedly the toxins that were pulled out of my body by this product. (yet these toxins are within my body, as confirmed by other tests) I believe this product does nothing more than react with the moisture in your feet to become brown foul smelling sludge. Try it for yourself!! - take a patch, add a few drops of distilled water, and watch it turn brown and smell foul - all by itself without any help from your feet! I won't use this product again. In fact, the idea of having this stuff absorbed INTO my body through my feet is quite contrary to the idea of detoxification.

Why did I even bother...I certainly knew better than to think these actually worked.
They also smell bad and made the bottoms of my feet burn. Don't waste your money like I wasted mine.
