Well they seem to be pulling something out of the bottom of my feet I honestly don't think it's a chemical reaction because they get lighter each time on the same spot. I just don't think it takes out as much toxins as he says. You can see nasty stuff on the pad after your done. I felt some energy and less fatigue after I used them several days. I am bipolar and it has helped my moods. I would recommend trying it for yourself and just see what you think. I like them.

These arrived when they were scheduled to. I've tried many different versions of the foot pads and these seem to work just as well as the more expensive ones! Better price too! :~)

I do not understand how, but it really works. In the morning after being applied I feel 5 years younger.

My husband had purchased these and never used them. I decided to try one. I put them on my feet before bed. I was restless all night and had a headache and my skin was itchy. I woke up and the pads smelled like burnt rubber to me. The pads were brown when I removed them. I swore I would never use these things again, however I had so much energy that day and felt very alert. I don't know if I will use them again though. I liked the energy but not the other side effects.

Product does seem to help relieve arthritis pain. The product arrived almost 10 days late. The box was torn and about to come apart. Other than that, We are happy with the product.

It was first time to use this product and I did not expect it to work so well! I actually felt the difference between before and after. I love it.

The second day I used these foot patches, I felt energized. Before, I was so tired all the time. Now, only two days and I feel so peppy. Thank you so much for these.

To me, they work as well as the more expensive ones, but they smell worse.

I got these at a local acupressure place just out of curiosity. I am currently studying traditional Chinese medicine and shiatsu so I was curious. I put the patches on before bed and they tingled on my feet through the night. The smell was absolutely foul but it washed off pretty easy (with soap). There was lots of goo on the pad in the morning but I honestly couldn't tell a difference. Perhaps it needs to be done several days in a row in order to really feel the difference. I couldn't find any research in traditional chinese medicine about bamboo vinegar so it might be just one of those things that are sold to dumb westerners who don't know any better.
