This book is perfect. I feel my children are safer because of it.
I learned alot and I will continue to educate my children over and over again with the information supplied by this book. This book is also used in our sunday school program. I strongly urge all parent to buy, rent or borrow this book.

I"m a single dad from new jersey. A friend of mine ...a woman gave me this book as a gift. It sat on a self for almost a month before I decided to read it. I learned so much from it. I must have read it 10 times and I keep going over the information with my ten year old. The book showed me how to teach the child without making him seem like I was Preaching to him. Some of the lessons were actually fun for both of us.
The other week, A man grabbed my son at the mall. My son did what I taught him to do. The man released him and took off leaving my son unharmed. It was amazing. I know that I am more aware and so is my son. I can't skeak highly enough about this book. Get this Book...you won't be sorry you did.

I've read a lot of books on many subject but none grabed me as this book did. Maurice Woodson did an amazing jog of educating and teaching parents and children without the drawn out overbabble that you find in other books. This is the meat without the fat. He shows the world of the child predator then guides you on ways to teach your children so to keep them safe. He has also compiled several extras including inernational organization to contact if your child is approached or abducted, child safe internet search engines and worksheets to help in prepareing anI.D Kid for your children. Highly reccommended

What this book does is teach a chilkd that the only person that they can truly rely on is themselves. It teaches a child how to be self aware and alerted. It also allows the parent to bond with the child through lesson of education for both. This book also has alot of extras that all parents should have, like a list of emergency contacts and information on how to put together an I.D kit. this alone is worth the money.

As a father I always try to find ways to protect my chiuldren. This book teaches everything I needed to know. A easy book to read and easy book to use as an educational tool for my kids.
