This review is from: Child Anxiety Disorders: A Family-Based Treatment Manual for Practitioners (Norton Professional Books) (Hardcover)
This book is broken into two parts: the first part is an overview of anxiety and its causes, the second part is an anxiety treatment program with collection of activities and worksheets (with illustrations) for professionals. Being a non-professional, I found the first half extremely interesting and it has had a profound impact on how I raise my children. Even if your children do not suffer from anxiety related issues, an understanding of anxiety can help prevent these issues from coming up. I would highly recommend this book for anyone.
