I bought this book for my daugher--I already have one. I couldn't have raised my children without it. I also have the next book--child from 10 to 15, and am looking for another my son. This is so helpful to know that your kid is normal, passing through a phase, and that you don't have to take their "misbehavior" personally, nor discipline them too much for a normal gradient of behavior.
I'd buy four more tomorrow if they would please reprint this. My copy's pretty worn, but I still drag it out when the kids call complaining about their children. I figure it's my way to rescue my grandkids from the time-out chair. Helps you to say, "This too, shall pass." |
