Sara takes her first ever vacation, leaving her needy grandfather to run the mortgage business alone. In Malibu she meets Drew, who runs a surf shop with his surfer grandfather.

Drew agrees to teach Sara to surf. Together they enter a contest and try to garner the most overall points for the grand prize. Various categories of the contest (freak dancing, body painting, limbo, surfing, scavenger hunt..) take place over several days. Drew and Sara find themselves falling for each other. Then Sara puts Drew aside yet one more time to go to her grandfather's aid and it's more than Drew can tolerate. Not only is Sara is jeopardizing their chance at winning the contest, but it's clear to Drew that Sara will never be able to put him first in her life.

Engaging storyline with alot of action!

Three friends go to Malibu for a vacation to find love and enjoy the 'Sex on the Beach' festival. In this book it's the Drew and Sara story. Sara needs to cut the cord on her laptob and have a little fun. Drew works at the Surf Shake with his grandfather and understand Sara's need excape some of her responsiblities. Very sexy series - pick-up them all and enjoy; Swept Away (Harlequin Blaze) and Shock Waves (Harlequin Blaze).

Not usually a fan of romance but a friend gave this to me and I am hooked! What a fun escape!!!
